Angela Almeida

Meet Angela Almeida, the culinary artist behind Our Daily Bread.

Angela is passionate about baking and cooking. The food she prepares is not only delicious but also healthy and nourishing. Being an active mom of two children, she quite her job to devote full time to her two children. Her kids are always on the go with various sports and other activities and a husband who is a fitness fanatic, therefore, Angela was always motivated to come up with innovative, healthy and nourishing meals.

The Almeidas would have monthly get-togethers at their home, inviting their family and friends ones who love the food prepared by Angela. It was at the insistence, motivation and encouragement of these close ones that Angela seriously considered commercial baking.

Although hesitant at the beginning, Angela decided to give it her best shot and start her business - "Our Daily Bread" was thus born.

Beginning with traditional Goan breads and other Goan delicacies, catering to the Goan population in Borivali West - a suburb of Mumbai, soon, her baking skills and delicious products began getting popular outside Borivali. Before long, Angela began delivering her bakery products and Goan delicacies all over Mumbai.

Realising that she needed to scale up her production, Angela invested in a brand new, commercial oven. She also took professional training in advanced baking, packaging and marketing and most importantly, she got herself an FSSAI License.

Today, she has her own Facebook Page, her own Website and plenty of fans. Angela's story is a story of passion, of a love for cooking and of a spirit that seeks to excel.
